2. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUND PROCESS

Return Costs: You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and must arrange the return with a logistics carrier of your choice.

Refund Amount: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund only for the amount paid for the product itself.

Non-Refundable Fees: All original shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping costs, are strictly non-refundable.

Processing Time: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take 2 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
3. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

4. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR EXCHANGES

To expedite your claim, please provide your order number, contact details, and clear photos of the damage/issue. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

No Direct Exchanges: Due to our limited stock and high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order on our store.
